This short nature documentary reveals a hidden world at Dickson Brook trail in beautiful Fundy National Park. Here the gorge walls are carpeted with vibrant mosses, lichens, ferns and flowering plants. The air is cool, moist, fresh and filled with the sounds of water tumbling over chiseled bedrock. Overhead small birds know as flycatchers feast on insects while raising their young in the steep cliffs. All of this exists here because of the micro-climate created by the influence of the falls and rapids. By magnifying the minuscule wildlife and decelerating rushing water, we gain a new perspective on a popular hiking destination.
